Weight Loss Report
RantsIt's been 2 weeks (or 3? My memory is hazy) since I started to seriously lose weight. So far I have been adhering to a healthier lifestyle, where I consume a lot less fat, sugar and sodium than before, and regularly workout.
Before this, my weight was 84.6kg, give or take 0.5 more than that. I haven't been keeping track of my weight closely because I know as an obese guy, the loss will be quite obvious in the beginning, and monitoring it daily is inefficient.
I just stepped onto the scale after workout again today, and discovered that my weight has already dropped to ~80kg. That includes me having ate a breakfast, drank some water after workout. So maybe my true weight is already lower than 80. It's a huge success, and I can already feel my belly is not as big as it was a few weeks ago.
Going forward I will gradually increase training intensity to increase the efficiency and to train my cardiorespiratory endurance. A few weeks ago I breath heavily and can hardly talk after a 10 mins HIIT session. Now I feel completely fine after 15 minutes session, and I even feel like I can go for more. I think in the coming weeks I will increase the time and difficulty of it gradually, and consider hiring a trainer.
